    Hi, I was successful with MFP, 30DS and walking before, lost 38 total pounds, then took a nose dive when i developed severe rhabdomylosis from a spin class... was on a no exercise or unnecessary exertion restriction for about 2 months. It took me two more months to get my motivation back... so here i am again :)

    I find combinations of 2 or 3 but none that have all 4.

    I'm a mom of a 4 yr old with sciatica that is probably attributed to the weight among other things. TTC also. Add me as a friend too!
