    Pretty cool concept. I am into working out and getting fit the good old fashion way. I am a more curvy body built so even though I used to be 105 - 110 when I was in high school that is not a realistic weight for me so here goes. Where's my twin??

    Height - 5'2
    Age - I am 47 - but I don't think the age thing is as important except that if you are over 35 you do tend to have a harder time losing weight than a 25 year old.
