    Various variations of these are a staple on South Beach. There is also something called Garden Lites available in the freezer section at Costco--delicious for when you have nothing else on hand for a quick meal--I like to top them with cheese.

    I wonder if doing something like this but putting in a wonton wrapper first would make it like a mini quiche? Like the wonton instead of a real crust? This has my wheels turning now with several possible variations!
