    Oh, that is sad. My ex-husband didnt like eating tacos very much either...... That is why I hooked up with a cuban after we divorced.

    yea, my ex wasn't a fan of eating tacos either! when we first started dating he was all about eating tacos...after 15 years together, not so much.

    I'm scared of this conversation.

    We are still talking about tacos right?

    I just prefer soft, clean, tacos with no fire......... I like them pork filled, I like them eaten, I do not like them old, I do not like them crunchy.

    That can CLEARLY only apply to tacos............

    Only if you eat them just right........ I mean, you will have a little mess, but if you arent careful, you will have a REAL mess on your hands.

    1lb turkey
    1 cup pineapple chopped

    Mix 1tbsp paprika
    1tbsp red pepper powder
    1/2 tbsp cinnamon
    1/2 tbsp corrander

    Cook meat and add half the mixture.
    Take an avocado and process in a food processor with 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt and 1tbsp lime juice until it forms a thick paste.

    Once the meat is cooked strain and place in bowl.
    Saute pineapple and other half of spice mix in the pan until edges are browned.

    Take soft tacos and put baby spinach in the bottom.
    Add meat, mexican cheese, pineapple and top with avocado paste.
    Enjoy!

    Makes a meal for 4 btw.
    3 tacos each!
