I like apple cinnamon oatmeal with a few semi-sweet chocolate chips stirred in. Also a kashi seven grain waffle with peanut butter and blueberries OR topped with an egg and crumbled feta cheese.
The carrot cake oatmeal sounds good... and I've never tried cinnamon on cottage cheese!

This is not under 200 but is only 5 points plus if you do WW and is all really healthy, good calories... I LOVE green smoothies for breakfast. Speedy, quick clean up, and amazing! You can drink them at home or put it in a cup for the car. Check out my blog for my favorite recipe for them. http://freshfitnfabulous.blogspot.com/

I always eat 1/2 of a peanut butter sandwich -- Nature's Own Honey Wheat Bread (45 calories) + 1 tablespoon of Jif Peanut Butter (90 calories) = 135 calorie breakfast. I usually accompany this with a cup of coffee sweetened with Splenda. Delicious!

I apologize if I am repeating anyone, but I wanted to mention a very specific Oatmeal,

    Kroger's Active Lifestyle Instant Oatmeal

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/kroger-active-lifestyle-instant-oatmeal-chai-apple-2387249

The Chai Apple is delicious and they have other flavors too. It's designed for losing weight so it's only 170 calories and high in protein and fiber. It kept me full until lunch today!

Also it's very affordable. I've found that sometimes the elaborate meals are not cost friendly, but Kroger's is.

My favorite is cottage cheese, fresh blueberries and fresh lemon zest. Add a packet of sweetner and a tiny dash of lemon juice and it's delicious!!!

Thanks again for the overwhelming response!! All suggestions have been fantastic and hopefully helped out some others too!

I must admitt thou, haha, being Australian I have had to 'google' a few things, but its been helpful all the same!!

I don't think we (in Aus) have anywhere near the variety you guys in the US and Canada have - But at least I know where to start now!!

    Thanks sooooo much again!!

Oatmeal with fresh blueberries is around (depending on the oatmeal) 150-180 calories.
