So cool to see that so many people have such different ideas of their ideal.

I am very much an hour-glass shape, so I'm dreaming of a body like Selma Hayek's - still keeping the curves in all the right places, but toned and with those great legs!

I have to vote Selma too. Proportioned the same but a little bit larger though. I think she's a bit too skinny.

I technically have no picture as my avatar but I want to look like me just slimmed down and to have more defined muscles. Slow and steady if I keep at it I should be able to do it, I've done it before so I can do it again hehe.

I've always been quite jealous of Katy Perry's figure! Her proportions look pretty much perfect to me. Although the first photo in this collage is way too photoshopped :indifferent:

This is Heather Morgan, she's in figure and bikini competitions, and she's vegan. Here's her profile (http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=bio_morgan). She's much shorter than me, she's 5'4" and I'm 5'7" but I would still like to be this defined and have that stomach!! Oh, but keep my boobs! lol Never say never!

I love Christina Hendricks' curvy figure, however I would have to get implants to have boobs like that (which I wouldn't do)!

  • My Idols:

firstly Ricki Lee (before and after her weight loss - I think she looks gorgeous in both pics!) If I was a bit taller I think I might be able to look this good! haha

Secondly this woman has what I believe I can achieve and feel absolutely amazing! I have pretty big boobs, a short waist (but definitely there!) and my hips are a similar size to my boobs. I really truely only want to tone up a bit more but keep most of my shape. I think my man would love it too because I'll still have most of my boobies left and some bum haha

  • An hourglass figure would be amazing!

Ideally I would like something close to my old figure (surely if I've been thin before I can do it again!) but a few lbs heavier than when I was at my lightest and certainly with more tone! I have a long way to go though!

terrible photos - I think I've destroyed nearly all photos of myself!

Christina Hendricks! However, my boobies are a paltry A cup so it's only a half dream!!

    I posted this earlier.........

Earlier today I tried posting a pic/photo for the first time and did not have a clue how to do it.
I fully admit I am a bit simple sometimes and most of you are probably thinking "seriously?! how can you not know how to do such a simple thing?!"
However I've noticed there are a few people out there, like me, who did not know how so here's a simple step by step instruction...

    1) set up a photobucket account (takes literally seconds to do)
    2) upload photo's from your computer
    3) under each photo you have uploaded onto photobucket is a list of codes. Click on the IMG code, it will automatically copy it
    4) Paste this code into your message on MFP
5)Finally, change the & at the beginning and end of the pasted link to small letters, so [img[ &

    Post reply/new topic...........done!

or, if you find a pic online somewhere, right click it and go to "image info" and copy the image location/link. then add that with the link
