    1. laughing cow spreadable cheese - better than butter on 35 cal.
    2. sugar free fudge pops - for the ice cream cravings only 40 cal.
    3. sugar free pudding - to curb a sweet tooth only 80 cal.
    4. egg whites - great for breakfast on the weekends
    5. 100 calorie 1/3 fiber english muffins - better than bread
    6. almonds - great night snack
    7. turkey sausage - like to make my own breakfast sandwich
    8. light popcorn - great date/movie night snack
    9. mini rice cakes cheese flavor - when I want a salty snack and would prefer chips.
    10. seltzer water - to keep me away from soda.

    In no particular order:

    1. Eggs
    2. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3. Frozen broccoli
    4. Greek yogurt
    5. Bananas
    6. Whole grain couscous
    7. Quinoa
    8. Canned black beans
    9. Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (it's more calories/points, but it makes whatever I put it on that much better)
    10. The occasional protein bar

    7. Protein pudding!!!!! just choc protein powder with skim and beat it!
    8. Sushi!!!!!!! Sashimi mostly
    9. 97% Lean ground meat= Tacos and hamburgers
    10. Tuna steaks and tilapia

    I love this top ten idea. My top ten would be:

    dark chocolate for the catechins, since I don't do caffeine, and green tea is out

    garlic is a great antibacterial and just flavors any food

    oranges are a great and fast snack and travel well on the go

    avocado is a great food to improve cholesterol levels and is a great soup topper

    eggs can be popped in the microwave for a few seconds in my new egg cooker and it offers a lot of protein

    red, yellow, and orange peppers are fun snacks and help boost the immune system

    almonds have oleic acid, travel well, and helps improve memory

    romaine lettuce and spinach are nice and crunchy and go well with balsamic vinegar for a lite and quick and filling snack

    (1) Sodastream... I love my sparkling water!
    (2) VitaTops - Double Chocolate... YUM (with some cool whip... such a good sweet snack)
    (3) almonds
    (4-6) Eggs + Swiss Cheese + Multigrain English Muffin = Best Breakfast
    (7) Salsa and Franks Red Hot... I put that *kitten* on EVERYTHING.
    (8) Diet coke... so bad... but oh so good. I will take a diet coke over a cookie, candy... anything really
    (9) Frozen veggies... they always come in handy
    (10) Almond butter / Almond milk... YUMMY!
