    (1) Sodastream... I love my sparkling water!
    (2) VitaTops - Double Chocolate... YUM (with some cool whip... such a good sweet snack)
    (3) almonds
    (4-6) Eggs + Swiss Cheese + Multigrain English Muffin = Best Breakfast
    (7) Salsa and Franks Red Hot... I put that *kitten* on EVERYTHING.
    (8) Diet coke... so bad... but oh so good. I will take a diet coke over a cookie, candy... anything really
    (9) Frozen veggies... they always come in handy
    (10) Almond butter / Almond milk... YUMMY!

    At the moment, my top ten would be:

    10. Carrots/celery for low calorie crunchy snack
    9. Dry cranberries and slivered almonds to throw in my salad -delicious with Asian sesame dressing
    8. Rice cakes - for evening salty snacks while watching a movie
    7. Cottage cheese - good for you and yummy on toast, fruit or celery
    6. Clementines - my go to fruit at the moment
    5. Special k almonds and peanut bars - delicious sweet snack
    4. Yogurts - any type, also satisfies the sweet cravings
    3. Raisin bran cereal - crunchy and sweet
    2. Turkey bacon - I eat two slices with a scrambled egg for breakfast a few times a week or in a sandwich for a BLT - yum
    1. Cayenne pepper or Frank's red hot sauce - I literally put that s*** on everything!

    8. Jell-O Sugar Free/Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding and fat-free whipped topping (usually eaten together)
    7. Strawberries or fruit bowl (when I worry about them spoiling I portion out and freeze)
    6. Jolly Time 100 Calorie Low Sodium Microwave Popcorn. I've gotten so used to it I bought OR this week and my fingers are all puffy.
    5. Apples (personal faves are Gala, Rome and Golden Delicious)
    4. Naturally More peanut butter. Lots of protein, much less sugar than commercial brands.

    2. Clover Valley Wheat Baked Snack Crackers from Dollar General (often eaten with the cheddar sticks)
