Anyone else a cereal addict?

I'm addicted to cereal... I can eat a whole box in one sitting. I don't let myself have any because it always leads to a binge.0

I have always loved many different cereals, but find that Raisin Bran Crunch is the perfect fuel to start my morning workout.0

Cereal is my biggest addiction and I eat at least 3 bowls a day. But starting Monday, I'm going to give it up for 2 weeks and see what happens. I'm terrified of the withdrawals, but I want to see if giving it up helps me get rid of the layer of fat covering my abs. If not, I'm going back to my old friends Cinnamon Life, and Chocolate Chex, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Mmmmm.0

If you must eat cereal, try Ezekiel cereal. It is good for you and does not have unwanted sugar. I love it. My kids love it too. Put a half of banana in it.0

I absolutely LOVE cereal! And I refuse to give it up to lose weight, a serving of lucky charms and milk really isn't that bad and it keeps me filled up and puts me in such a happy mood because it reminds me of when I was a kid. How could it possibly be bad?0

I read somewhere that you should eat any cereal you want as long as there is more fiber per serving than there is sugar. Sounder reasonable boy that is easier said than done.... So now I mix cereals 1/2 and 1/2 with something like bran flakes ... Not quite as tasty but meets the higher fiber than sugar rule lol0
