Is anyone else hula hooping for exercise?

I have the Danskin 2.5lb hoop and I love it! (My cousin has a 5 pounder and I did get bruises from it!) I don't do anything fancy, just hoop while watching TV or in a boring meeting at work. I was just looking the other day about hooping classes and found one about a mile from my house! I just may start up, I'd love to do the fun tricks
