    I made a variation of these tonight. They were very good. I used 50 cal corn tortillas (couldnt find any 40 cal). I also cooked the chicken on my george foreman, and shredded the chicken instead of cubing. I didnt have any ranch dip but I put a little cottage cheese. YUM
