excercise not listed

ok, so i found another app called workout trainer.but obivioiusly, none of the workouts are listed. so how do i figure out how many calories i've burned? or should i just not log it? and just log my jogging and dancing?

    Someone may have a better idea. But what I did was find the closest thing to whatever I was doing. Jillian Michaels wasn't listed but Circuit Training was so I used that in its place. It takes into account your current weight and the length of the workout to calculate your calories burned. Best way to actually find out is to get a HRM. Since I've gotten one I found that I burn more than what is listed so that is another option.

    i'm not sure what the closest would be. the workout i plan on doing includes different things like side cross kicks. squat jacks,scissor kicks,walking lunges,push ups, and squats w raised arms and double crunches.

    That sounds like you would be best logging under circuit training too :)
