    Rammstein
    Combichrist
    Anthrax
    Avenged Sevenfold

They are all on my MP3 player when I work out. (The majority has to be Rammstein though)

To me Hard Core was better than metal for lifting, The message of coming back or standing up for yourself makes me lift stronger.

    Hatebreed
    Path of resistance
    Throwdown

I am down for anything with Max Cavalera
    So Old Sepultura
    Soulfy
    Cavalera conspiracy

    Current Heavy Metal
    Hate Eternal
    Cult of Luna
    Down
    Isis

    Electornic metal
VNV nation - empires and future perfect
    Minus all
    Icon of Coil
    Cesium 37
    Project Pitchfork

Electronic metal... surely you meant to say Industrial... or Electronica at a pinch?!

You should check out The Agonist for a similar style. Also, if you don't mind a band that doesn't take itself too seriously, iwrestledabearonce is amazing.

For me depends on what I'm doing. Lifting, Type O Negative. Not much other metal when lifting.

Boxing - Pantera is just plain perfect for hitting things. High energy but a good pace.

    Cardio/conditioning:
    Obituary
    Deicide (not decide, Deicide.)
    Sepultura
    Slayer
    Cynic
    Kittie
    Rammstein
    Pantera

Also like a bit of Primus in there as well.
