www.fitnessblender.com is amazing I love it. www.bodyrock.tv is also really good but quite hard and you sometimes need equipment for it xxx0 -
It really depends on what you want to do....cardio? Weights?.....you can certainly check out YouTube to get some ideas0

i found tae bo on youtube! its broken up into 5 videos but just create a playlist and they will play one after another.

The workout I did which gave me visible results in a relatively short time was hundredpushups.com, which I actually found through a forum here on MFP. Unfortunately, I got sick and had to stop for about a week, so I fell off the wagon and it has taken me a year to get back on. This website has a link to situps, squats, and arm dips as well so you get full body toning. I didn't lose any weight as this was the only workout I did, but I lost quite a few inches. I went from a size 12 dress to a size 8 in approximately 3 or 4 months.
The layout for the workout is a 3day a week schedule, but I had "week 1 day 1" as all 5 days in week one, then "week 1 day 2" was all 5 days in week two, so I was more consistent than a MWF workout that I knew I wouldn't follow.
My only complaint about this workout is that I couldn't remember the number of sets without looking at the paper, so now I am doing what my husband recommended (Navy engineer) which is basically the same. He called it "7 up-downs" and it is whichever of these you want, squats, crunches, etc. I did 1, 10 second break, 2, 10 second break, 3 and break, 4 and break, 5 and break, 4 and break, 3 and break, 2 and break, 1 and done. When you total up the 1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1 routine you get 25 total situps, squats, and pushups. I am very much a beginner, so between that and the tendinitis in my shoulders even this routine while on my knees made the pushups very effective. I plan on doing this every morning (provided I wake up before my early bird like I did today) and adding a set each new week, so Monday I will be counting up to 6, the week after that counting up to 7 and so forth.0 -

I also used fitnessblender.com. I am about to finish their 8 week bootcamp which was really great but they have all sorts of workouts and individual exercises online. Youtube of course has lots. This one is from Prevention. 3 10 min workouts that run consecutively for a total of 30 min. It is a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet. It is amazingly difficult but keeps your interest.

I was just about to post this suggestion as well. I am at Day 11. So far so good. You really do sweat (well at least I do) in the 35 minutes. I burn between 220 and 270 calories. I plan on doing the whole program. I call it my "scaredy cat" version of P90/P90X. If I can get through this program without breaking something, LOL, then I will actually treat myself to P90. Yup, just the P90. :laugh:
If you are looking for weight training and ab work, I highly recc the SixPackFactory.com. Sign up FOR FREE and take part in the weekly workout programs sent to you via email. It's called the Workout Club and its a six week program. Each week has alternating days of weight training and cardio/abs. I will ad that the program incorporate weights/ dumbbells. However if you don't have dumbbells the program gives you options. I am enjoying this program greatly as I am fairly new to weight training. So this provides me a nice base to build upon and really gets me to understand about what the different exercises are supposed to do for my body.

i always recommend bodyrock.tv or zuzka light's youtube channel (or a combo of the two). there are numerous calisthenic circuits out there, too (http://loseweight-safe.com/fitness/20-minute-home-work-out/ is one example). i've had success with doing one day of zuzka/calisthenics and one day of yoga (could be pilates or some other more mellow activity like walking) and alternating like that with an occasional rest day when my body needs it.0
