  • Hi all I have a quick & easy crockpot recipe. You will need:
    5 or 6 defrosted chicken breasts
    Low sodium taco seasoning
    3-16oz pace picante mild salsa
    Season each chicken breast with taco seasoning to your taste and place on the bottom of
    the crock pot. Top with salsa. 2-16oz would probably be enough but I like
    It with plenty of sauce. Cook on high 3-4 hours or on low setting 7-9 hours.
    Eat with tacos, tortillas, rice or anything you can come up with. Hope you enjoy
    It. Its about 140 calories the serving, it varies with the brands you buy.

    Your chili sounds like my veggie chili but I use refried beans instead of PB. Might have to try that.

    Making the salsa chicken this week!!! Will check out week 20!!
