    It's people like you who inspire all of us as well as all the weight loss "Wantabees". I have several friends whom I'm trying to encourage (through example, not saying they need to lose) that have shown curiosity as to how I'm doing this. I try to steer them to MFP and success stories like this. When someone who says "I can't because I'm unique (or allusions to it) as I have ____________ (fill in the blank) I can always finds someone else who has overcome even more! Certainly get's them thinking (and real quiet. LOL!).

    that amazing. I mean. wow. bit by bit really is the way. And I see exercising everyday really is key. Thank you for the inspiration. . I always get caught up in what I cannot do instead of focus on making each day count. WOW.
