Hi,
I have seemed to have plateaued with my weight loss - for the month I have not lost much at all but I have not gained either.

I am at a 1200 calorie day but my BMR states 1400 -- should my calories per day be different? Would this change anything?

I work out, at home, atleast 4-6 days per week with various circuit videos in the mornings.

I have lost just under 30 so far but want to loose atleast another 40 - how do I get down the next 40 lbs?

Could use some motivation, support and ideas about the calorie count calculator...

Your body may need a jumpstart so try upping your calories for a few days and see if you loose weight again..are you eatting back your exercise calories? you said your calories are SET at 1200 so if you burn 300 everyday try eatting 1500. HTH

I do eat them back sometimes, but not religiously --- depends on the day and what I ate that day -- some days I find I am full and unable to eat them all back.

    Thanks for the advice.
