Conch and goat. Both while I was in Haiti.

Snails were another weird thing I ate, sorry, escargot.

    Um...that's all I can think of...OH

Ew, blood sausage. Yeah, that was the worst, Brits-I don't get the love you have for it.

Being a country boy , I have eaten many of the animals found here and butchering our own meat growing up we wasted very little so most of the parts of cows and hogs but the strangest things I have eaten has to be tofu and sprouts .

once, on a dare, i made and ate catfood & lemon soup. just as straightforward as it sounds, but not something that i would recommend! other than that, i used to have quite a thing for taking the meat packaging blood pads out and squeezing the blood into a cup & microwaving it then topping it with salt and lots of shredded cheese.

    - Alligator
    - Conch
    - Oysters (raw, broiled, fried, boiled, smoked)
    - squirrel
    - rabbit
    - duck eggs
    - poke salad (it is a weed that if not prepared right is poisonous)

    - elk
    - venison (had venison chili tonight)
    - octopus
    - escargot
    - squid
    - eel
    - fish roe, caviar
    - chicken livers, calf livers
    - chicken hearts
    - buffalo
    - pickled pigs feet
    - gizzards
    - tripe (it is a main ingredient in potted meat)
    - blood sausage
    - chocolate covered ants
    - grubs
    - sea cucumbers
    - mussels
    - clams

Take a handful of spaghetti (raw)...

Break it in half. Poor a glass of warm water or Coke.

Dip halved spaghetti into it, let set for a moment then remove.

Squeeze (drain) over sink and place in a paper towel.

    Salt and let set.

    Eat...

    Yeah, I know, weird....

WOW... some of the foods being named, we eat quite often.. Ahem, USED TO EAT QUITE OFTEN!. Calf fries (some call them Rocky Mountain Oysters - we call them calf fries here in Texas), raw oysters (FAVORITE), catfish, livers, deer, dove... We eat these things regularly!! I really can't think of a food (that I have tried) that I do not like. I love food.... hmm, why am I fat again??

Whale. Yes, seriously; I lived in Norway for 4 years.

Lutefisk was bad enough (cod soaked in lye for days), but then there was Rakfisk -- which is ROTTEN FISH. I can't even tell you how horrible those things SMELL, and never mind the taste.

Whale is kind of beefy, but I'm so NOT a fan.
