5'3" or 5'4" depending on who you ask , my goal is somewhere between 130 and 140, but I am completely flexible with finding a weight I am happy with. I have an extreme hourglass frame and I don't lose much off of my bust, so I want to make sure I do my body "justice", not just keep losing for the sake of losing. I figure once I am below 150 I will re-evaluate. Currently 166 .0

I'm 5'3 and currently weight about 230. I can't wait wait to get under 200 again, but would ideally like to get down to at least 160.0

Am on the cusp of 5'5" - currently @ 145 ish and want to be at 115 ish. But a healthy, toned 115.

I'm 5'4 and my goal is about 140lbs... But more important than my lbs-goal is that I feel comfortable and happy. I'd like to get back in shape and if I'll feel 100% happy with <145 than I'm fine, too :-) At the moment I'm 165lbs and it's not that I feel only "fat"... What I hate the most is that I'm so not in shape, not fit at all and in a bad condition... My main goal will be to be able running and cycling without the feeling my heart is bursting....0

I'm 5' 5.5" and I'd be happy anywhere between 120 and 130. According to the bmi, I can healthily be anywhere between 113 (lowest; bmi of 18.5) and 152 (highest; bmi of 29.5). I'm shooting for 122 which is a bmi of 20.0 but I think I'll be happy as long as I fall under 130 pounds.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 130-135. My "perfect" weight was 120 but sometimes your body changes with age - I don't want to be thin & wrinkly rather have a little fullness than look like a prune It's funny - in my 20's when I was 120, I wore size 8 but felt a bit fat. Then I gained 45 lbs after 2 kids, then I lost weight & weighed 130 and got back into size 8 and felt great. So I'll see how I feel when I get there0

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 125, however it's not as important to me the number more the inches and how I feel. I want to do a 5k in september so I'm working towards that goal. I want to trim down and be able to wear shorts! My weight all through high school until i got married was 110-115 so my current weight is more than I'm used to but that's what you get after a baby! Though that was 4 years ago.........0

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 135-145. I currently weight 172. At my heaviest last year, I weighed 196 pounds. That was a real eye opener for me. It even took me a while to notice and accept I had gotten fat. It feels like I have forever to go, but I am down 24 pounds and I'm motivated to lose the rest.0

I'm 49 years old, so the 110 I weighed when I was 21 won't work for me now. I have set a goal do 160 for my 5'3" frame, but might try to go a little lower after I see how it looks.0

I'm 5'4, my goal is to reach the requirments of the airforce. I used to be really skinny and have decided that I want to switch to muscle. I want to have more of an athletic body. I will be moving in a few months and I think the strength will help me lift things such as my trunk and T.V.0

I'm 5'3" and currently 128. My goal is 125, but I've been as low (post children) as 117. My face looks older when I lose down that low, so I am aiming for 122-125 this time.0

I'm just shy of 5'3", CW 104, I very happy with my size right now, would love to continue to add muscle, so if the scale goes up I am ok with that. I was much heavier in college, lost the weight, got pregnant, lost all that weight and then some, I know not to go that low. I'm 40 years old and very lucky that I have an easy time losing weight, but truly I just want to be healthy and look tone!!0
