Help me set my MFP goals?

34 years old / 5'2" / F / 200 lb
My BMR calculates to about 1650/day, maintenance calories is around 2200 based on three to five exercise days per week.
I have my daily calorie goal set at 1800/day.
At the moment I am working out 5x per week for about an hour, mostly cardio for now (ie treadmill, ice skating, bike) with one class a week that mixes things up, and some very basic strength training exercises focused mostly on abs, chest and arms (situps, etc and some free weights 7-8 lb). Typically the machines read a calorie burn of 200 or so, and I try to keep my heart rate around 130-135. (But with skating I have no idea.)
I just changed my nutrition settings to 40 carb/30 protein/30 fat after reading the current thread on that subject.
One thing I want to know is, do I add more calories on top of the 1800 on days I work out, or should that be adequate since right now I'm not exactly doing extreme workouts?
