NOT SURE WHAT TO DO

If you trimmed your bush more often, it wouldn't be such a strenuous workout.
I mean bushes.0 -
Your HRM sounds like it is set correctly. I usually burn about 1734 calories breathing.0

wether you burned that many calories or not, the bottom line answer is NO!, do not eat enough to compensate. If you are trying to lose weight, you need to take in at least 1200 calories per day regardless of the amount you burn. The more you burn above your intake the quicker you body will burn up the fat you have stored. Hope this helps. Best wishes!
Don't listen to this man, eat all 1987 calories, everyone says you eat your exercise calories.
Sounds like 1987 are the calories that were burned the entire day, so no, do not eat them all back, unless your goal is to maintain. Not all of those calories should be considered "exercise" calories.0 -
If you wear it 24hrs then it would pick up your BMR lol I'd go and eat 1987cals and I agree with Warrior MOm - who has a very interesting picture for a MOM ^^0

1987 started on a Thursday. Today is a Thursday. Do you have any old calendars laying around? Might be getting some interference.0

How long were you wearing it?
I wear it all day. That is what the forums said I should do. Is this not right?
It depends on the HRM. Most HRM are not meant to be worn all day. They are only supposed to be worn during workouts. If you have the high tech FIT Bit ones, those are meant to be worn all day, but that would give you your total calorie burn for the day and if you ate all of them you would stay the same (theoretically of course)0 -
