    Lots of great ideas here!

    I like using salsa in place of dressings, it is also pretty good mixed with tuna on a salad.

    One way of pepping up a salad is to sprout your own seeds and beans and add them. I've just remembered I have a gadget for sprouting seeds and beans gathering dust in the cupboard, i might just dust it off and get some seeds to sprout - I used to always have some on the go. things like sprouted alfalfa or mung beans are so good for you and tasty too.
