    LOL.....I've lost- 30 pounds = amount of cheese an average American eats in a year, plus 2 pounds- a rack of baby back ribs......oh that sounds good, I'm hungry!!!!!

    I have lost a 5 gallon water bottle. But also my BMI has been reduced by 31 sticks of butter. This is per my Curves Trainer's math!!
