 I want a pet cat too!!! I can't wait to move to my boyfriend's place so I can play with his black cat. My parents don't like pets in the house :grumble:

And last but not least, this lovely old girl departed our earth on Jan 4th at the age of 16, Muggles was a sweet old girl who we had from 4 weeks of age, she'd been used as a football and was rescued by my mother.. We had her cremated and she now resides in my crystal cabinet!
Awwww, I'm sorry to hear that. :(

All our fur babies were rescued, except for Cleo and Bindi, they both came from my SIL but still needed a home or they would have gone to the local shelter.
All 5 of ours were rescues too. We got Marble and Jasmine from the vet, Targét from PetsMart, and Oxford and Bailey (brothers) were dumped by a resident at our apartment in summer of 2009 because she decided she didn't want them anymore (so they were lurking in the parking lot, the poor things).

    (Hopefully the pictures work)

hmm i can't get them to work - anyone able to help a girl out??
You need to make IMG lowercase img.

You know they're happy when they're frogin' it!! LOL

That's awesome! My boyfriend's sister & brother-in-law have a boxer that sits the exact same way! Love the expression "frogin' it!"

drblythe, such a pretty cat you've got.

And CrashTiger, your orange tabby looks almost like mine!

    Love all the pictures!

Here are Jasmine and Jasper. We were up at the lake in December and getting ready to go for a hike. It was deer season and even though we were on private property, better safe than sorry. Jasmine is the lab/golden mix, she just turned 11 and Jasper was my first foster failure. He'll be 7 in April.

Here is Danny. He turned 5 in October. He was my second foster failure. He came from a shelter at 5 months old and was in congestive heart failure due to two congenital heart defects. The rescue paid for the surgery to fix him, he became a wildly active dog and scared away all potential adopters, my other two dogs and I loved him, so I adopted him.

Danny and Jasmine snuggling on the dog bed

The three of them get along so well, it's really wonderful. Probably because they got to pick each other out of
    all the dogs/puppies I fostered.

Shultz, my 15 year old alpha cat

Zoey, my fat evil cat, she's 13

Gomez (black) and Oreo (black and white) Gomez is 13 and Oreo is the youngest at 10
It's a really old picture, but they haven't changed much. LOL

Thank you. He knows it, too. He is quite arrogant!

It's the worst when they know it. My puppy knows he's cute so he'll do things then just look up at us like, "What? You're not going to get mad. Just look at my face..."

This is my baby, Kimber (aka Kimmy). She's half Yorkie and half long-haired Chihuahua.

    How she normally looks:

Excited about her brand new haircut:

And as a teensy pup patiently awaiting her "belly wubs":

This thread has almost too much cute to handle! Mine are in my profile pic. The gray one is Harry and the black one is Lloyd. I didn't want two cats but they're siblings and they'd been together at the shelter since they were born. I wasn't going to be the a-hole that split them up.
