increasing fiber in baked goods

how can i up the fiber in my baked goods (muffins, cupcakes, etc).

would adding some kind of fiber powder to the mix work? or is there another way to add some filling fiber? im trying to make my baked goods a little more filling (so i can enjoy them for breakfast. yummm)

    Use pumpkin instead of the wet ingredients. You could also add some Fiber Sure...it dissolves really well and is taste and colorless.

    Pumpkin is good.

    You could also add flax seed meal. That will certianly up your fiber in all baked goods.

    try making veggie baked goods like low fat carrot cake, or zucchini cake. yum. I also wouldn't be afraid of the fiber powder. Depending on the texture of your baked goods you could also add bran flakes. Or perhaps if it is like a crumble you could add high fibre honey cluster cereal etc on top with cinnamon? yum, today I had oatmeal with one cubed cooked apple, and added some all bran flakes as well so I imagine it had lots of fibre lol.
