So I found your recipe, and I made these for my sister and I. I added Cholula hot sauce to make it taste more like a taco...and oh my jeeezus, it was amazing. My sister thought that it tasted just like the stuff from Taco Bell! Only healthier and more nutritional of course I now make these AT LEAST once a week!! I eat two for lunch, and i feel so full. It also is a great source of protein, I usually get around 25g of protein from this meal!0

my no salt taco seasoning. Instead of tomato, I'll

THIS WAS SO QUICK, SO EASY AND SOOO DELICIOUS!!!!! AND ONLY 185 CALORIES PER SERVING!!! OH, PLEASE TRY! BY THE WAY..YOU EAT IT LIKE A TACO! lol
3 Romaine Lettuce Heart Leaves
4 oz. Boneless Chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 TBSP of Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
2 Slices of Tomato
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch cubes (or smaller if you prefer). Cook on skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Add soy sauce.
2. While chicken is still in the pan, drizzle mozzarella cheese over chicken, and let it melt.
3. Scoop chicken mixture into your romaine lettuce leaves.
4. Top with tomatoes, and wah la! They're done!
CALORIES: 183
CARBS: 3g
PROTEIN: 29g
FAT: 7g
FIBER: 1g
ENJOY!!!
