I made these tonight, and my hubby and I both loved them! As it turned out I didn't have any soy sauce on hand, so I subbed in a few packets of Taco Bell Border Sauce to give it a Mexican flavor, and subbed 2% shredded Cheddar cheese for the Mozzarella. We really enjoyed it, this is such a versatile dish, you can flavor the chicken almost any way you want! Will definitely be enjoying these again soon!
