naked, after my morning pee/dump - hell, I'll even comb my hair, clear my throat and blow my nose it it means I lose a little more weight
That's me except in panties and a tank. I've tried with them removed and the scale didn't even budge so I don't bother with taking something off that I'm just going to put back on in order to start my day.0 -

I work nights so I weigh in skivies when I wake up at around 3 pm.0

Wearing similar clothes every day. I figure I'm just comparing against myself so I'm not finicky about the actual number, just how my weight changes.0

I weigh in at a weight loss clinic, so clothes are a must. I have weighed what I wear on a daily basis before so I know what to subtract.0

I weigh at work (medical office) so fully clothed. I just try to wear similar outfits on weigh days.0
