I'm working on finding a salad dressing that I really love so I can eat better salads, but so far I'm not finding anything that I absolutely love, but found stuff that I ate least moderately enjoy.
Have you tried olive oil and balsamic vinegar? You only need a little bit and it's delicious!0 -
Carnation instant breakfast!! Its filling low on calories and tasts like chocolate milk!!!
I've got the sugar free vanilla that I'm having with unsweetened almond milk & some sugar free cinnamon dulche syrup (starbucks makes it) for my snack at work tomorrow.0 -
Jennie-O turkey sausage breakfast links. Sometimes I cut them in the middle and fold them out flat and then put it on a breakfast sandwich. Today I just smushed it up and ate it ground. So yummy. Tastes like pork sausage!0

Almond Milk! I can't stand soy and I also wasn't a fan of rice milk, so I assumed that almond would be just as gross. I was wrong. It's so freakin delicious.0

Granola-I had never tried it before but had heard of it. I picked some up last week and love it in my yogurt. Laughing Cow cheese. I love the individual servings.0

Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Great with triscuits!
^this. I use it on sandwiches too, instead of mayo and cheese. Saves me a ton of calories! Also, chocolate mint coconut milk. 50 cals per 1/2 cup and curbs my chocolate cravings.0 -

Wholegrain mustard (the seedy stuff) - shake with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. It's really yummy and tangy.0 -
All Natural Pop Chips! What a great alternative to potato chips. Lots of flavors too.
Also just discovered how good quinoa is!0 -
Quinoa. I LOOOOOOOVE IT!0

I was never much for protein drinks but Svelte (especially cappucino) is totally delicious and fills me up for HOURS. Full of protein and fiber. OM NOM0 -
Frozen Greek Yogurt - my grocery store just started stocking it! It comes in five flavors, but unfortunately, not chocolate. But the blueberry pomegranate is really good. It's not super low in calories (140 per half cup), but is really rich, so I get satisfied really quickly. It's awesome for eating out of the pint and is half the calories of my favorite ice cream pint (death by chocolate at 250 cal per half cup).0

I know that I can't stand vinegar at all. I use bolthouse farms yogurt dressings. I love their ranch and caesar. Very yummy. They have a lot of good ones that I haven't personally tried yet, but I've heard good things about them all.0

Id never eaten homus before.... LOVE IT! Actually, falafel and salad in a wrap - never had that before either - now I crave it!
(In hindesight eating these types of things might have made the 5 weeks I spent in Egypt a bit more enjoyable lol)0 -
Spaghetti squash as a substitute for wheat or white pasta! Half the carbs, half the calories, and double the nutrients! Really yummy too :-)0
-
Plain cous cous. It's amazing how little you need to feel full, and it cooks almost instantly.0

Oh yeah, spaghetti squash all the way! Definitely one of my faves. Toss with a little marinara loaded with mushrooms and chopped up vegies and sprinkle with a little Parmesan or Romano cheese. Mmmmm.0

Almond-Coconut milk. It tastes like a pina colada. I'm not sure I'll actually eat cereal with this, because the thin consistency weirds me out, but I'll definitely try.
Zucchini! Shredded some up using a cheese grater and put it on pizza with ricotta cheese a couple of weeks ago, just sliced some up and cooked it with ground turkey to have in tacos, and later in the week I'll have it with tomatoes in a wrap or on tortellini.

Joseph's Flax Pita Bread and La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Tortillas. Makes restricted carbs a little easier.
And Greek Yogurt. Use it instead of sour cream, lower carbs and sodium and more protein.0 -
Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt. Add the strawberries and Splenda and I am in heaven!0
