10.25 miles on the treadmill today. Good thing Monday is a rest day. My shins are really sore, especially my right one. The bump iny shin is starting to get more prominent. I will be having it checked AS soon as my 1/2 marathon is over. I'm seeing my primary on the 9th a little shy of 2wks after my race. maybe I'll call her this week to talk about the issue and make an appt with whoever she recommends since sports injuries are not her thing.

Just looked at the stats and I am impressed with all the new comers. I have been doing this challenge for the last six months and find it totally movitating and hope that you will find it the same.
