I got in 3 walks of two miles each today for a total of 6 miles.
This morning, I saw a bald eagle up close and personal while walking the dog. This evening, the dog pulled me into a ditch of slushy snow, and of course I fell over in it.
Never a dull moment...and no broken bones. :happy:0 -

I love American bald eagles... beautiful and powerful birds.

Im in on this! I walk 3 miles every day on the treadmill then on saturday I have been working on a hiking trail. Started out beginning of Jan with 2 miles in and 2 back, last weekend did total of 8 miles. want to try to do 11 this weekend. Havent lost a single pound and keeping my calories around 1000-1200 per day, but I can see a difference in inches. Is there a ticker to keep up with the miles? I want to do 90 miles0 -
