TickerFactory.com has an exercise ticker. Choose your background scale and the ticker. Copy the link for message boards and paste it inside this thread. If I remember correctly....it should work.0

Set yourself a distance goal and go after it. It's simple, effective and addictive.

Remember to publish your progress every now and then. You may use a ticker (There are several sites for tickers, however most people here use www.tickerfactory.com). Whenever you update your ticker, you have to copy the bbcode and paste it inside your message. If you find this ticker procedure too challenging you may just write down your current mileage in your post.
Please don't set 5 miles as a monthly goal, unless you have a limiting disability. You walk more than that just travelling from the kitchen to the couch0 -

I fell off the wagon big time last month, but (*knock on wood*) I'm back at it. Aiming for 50 miles this month, since I'm supposed to take it easy. 2.2 miles in.
