Hi. Glad to see familiar faces and welcome to the new people in the thread. The purpose of this challenge is to set yourself a distance goal and go after it. It's simple, effective and addictive. Don't worry about updating the spreadsheet, I'll take care of this.
Remember to publish your progress every now and then. You may use a ticker (There are several sites for tickers, however most people here use www.tickerfactory.com). Whenever you update your ticker, you have to copy the bbcode and paste it inside your message. If you find this ticker procedure too challenging you may just write down your current mileage in your post. That's about it. Happy moving :happy:0 -

I will go for 40. I am newer than a newbie so i have no ideA what i am doing. Ive lost 19lbs since the 5th of Jan and 24 since the first of the year. Quit soda, quit processed sugar and began counting calories first time ever. Love this board.0

I'm in for February. I might regret that, :ohwell: but I'm going for 85 miles this month.
That should keep me moving during the weekend, plus the weather is usually nicer in February (even though winter is very strange...) Good luck everybody!0 -
Lowering to 100 miles. reasons: Avoiding the exercise bike (hate), plan on playing more racquetball (fun!!!) and weights (ick for me but probably need lol) , andi'm trying to limit the jog miles so they are more effective. We will see how the new plan fares.0
