    I have this in the crockpot, i am very excited to try it!! I'll report back and let you guys know what I think!

    This soup was delicious! Very light and flavorful. I added to the food database as crockpot chicken enchilada soup. My version was high in sodium because all I had was regular chicken broth so if you use reduced sodium, you will slash out a lot of salt. I measured out 13 full cups.
