    Sounds like there are all kinds of good reasons to do it now and no arguments to wait.

    Now I need to work on ways to add more protein, as I am sorely lacking in that area.

    protein shakes can help - i have one after all my workouts.. cottage cheese is good, eggs, greek yogurt, quinoa, and almonds :)
