You used to record music off the radio and make yourself a mixed tape.

Your first form of a text message was when you would write notes in class.

You listened to New Kids on the Block.

TGIF was on ABC and you'd watch it.

A hand held gaming device was as big as a brick and you could play Dr. Mario.

What made you a kid from the 90s?

I STILL listen to New Kids On The Block!

    -Trapper Keepers
-Michael Jordan was king of basketball
    -Slap bracelets
    -WWJD bracelets!

The running pad for original Nintendo that you used with the track and field game. My brother and I would run and jump for hours in the basement, even with a fire going in the fire place.

    Girl Talk was a game.

I dunno, child of the 80's really...but this thread reminded me of things from my childhood. :)

Having a pager and wishing someone would page you so you could look cool in front of your friends
That Nokia cell phone that was the size of a house phone
Rushing someone off the phone if you didn't have call-waiting and were expecting a call
Thinking you were the bomb when you finally got call-waiting :)
