Starting Weight = 169lbs.
Ending Weight = 162lbs.

01/01/12:
Upper Waist = 32"
Lower Waist = 34"
Hips = 38"
Right Arm = 12.5"
Left Arm = 12.5"
Right Thigh = 24"
Left Thigh = 24.5"

02/01/12:
Upper Waist = 31.5" ( -0.5" )
Lower Wast = 31.5" ( - 2.5" )
Hips = 37" ( -1" )
Right Arm = 12.5" ( -0 )
Left Arm = 12" ( -0.5" )
Right Thigh = 23 ( -1 )
Left Thigh = 23.5 ( -1 )

Total Weight Loss = 7lbs
Total Inches Loss = 6.5in

I wanted to add a picture from when I first started my "journey" in May 2011. I was 169lbs here as well. But I was more fat than muscle!

    You can see it for sure! You're belly is more toned! :D Keep of the good work. (remember, you see yourself as you were...I lost a lot of weight before and thought I looked the same...look back now I was like, "DAMN, I was skinny!")

    I used 5 pound hand weights.

    Wow! Thats great! Also a great example of turning fat into muscle! :D I hope my results are just as good! I'm useing the 5 pound hand eights as well and my arms feel like they're going to fall off. lol

    Awesome! You look great! I'm doing day 9 of level 1 tonight. I haven't seen a huge difference in the scale yet, but I do feel better and my endurance is 10x better.

    Every time I've lost weight I've never been satisfied with myself, but when I look back at pictures I think man I looked good then. So this time I am DETERMINED to celebrate how I appear after weight loss and not be stuck thinking "I'm fat"

    I did 10 days of each level. So in all it was just 30 days, but 35 including my rest days.

    Wow... u look amazing...My measurements are quite similar to urs .... esp the legs..they r jus the same ..... :)

    I started 30 DS this saturday.... today I have very sore body but hope I finish today's part by EOD :)

    Hope to see the same results as u did...I see lot of change in ur belly ..its so toned..... u inspired me to do it today...was thinking to take a rest day :)
