Weight Watchers puts out a variety of chocolate. I buy a bag or two and keep them in the freezer. Takes longer to savor and can get by on just one.
Yes... their Devil's food and carrot cakes really curb my craving for Little Debbie. Yum!0 -
My personal favorite is Hershey Nuggets: Special Dark with Almonds. 2 pieces = 90 calories, 2g of Protein, 2g of Fiber, 8g of Sugar.0

Trader Joe's makes the BEST chocolate! They have 100 calorie bars that are absolutely delicious.0

depending on how many calories you want to spend i recommend:
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder (the real stuff, not the kind you put in milk)
1 tsp powdered sugar
around 30ml water (a little over a tbsp)
mix well. enjoy. it's sort of good for you and so filling you won't need anything else.0 -
The South Beach Diet has a really yummy protein bar... chocolate almond fluff, I think. Anyway, I had one the other day and it was delish!!0

Now I want chocolate! :ohwell:0

I like to get the Ghiradelli or Lindt Lindor Truffles. I keep the bag on top of my hutch. I can't reach without a chair, so I get one out at a time and savor it.... I don't usually have one every day because I'm watching my sugar, but if I have a really bad can't deny it kind of craving... Yup, it hits the spot. (I have the white chocolate truffles right now. mmmmm)0

A topic right up my alley
I dark chocolate with pomegranate or acai. Trader Joe's Powerberries are awesome, and Costco makes a really good version too, I think they're called Brookside? They have a ton of antioxidants.0 -
Stay away from milk chocolate, which leads to chocolate binges. Try dark chocolate...the good stuff that I love: Vosges Red Fire bar (dark chocolate, cinnamon, and cayenne). YUM! And satisfying after just one little square!0

The Lindt dark chocolate infused with chili is awesome.....one square usually satisfies my craving for chocolate. Also, dark chocolate covered banana chips are so good!! =]0

I get my choc fix from Vitatops- Deep Chocolate! Taste just like a brownie and it only 100 cals.0

If you are looking for something chocolate with added protein... I love Detour Protein Bars (the ones with less sugar). I am not big on the taste of whey protein and these are awesome. I almost feel like I am getting a whole satisfying chocolate bar.... the peanut butter chocolate one is my fav!!!!! Got the variety pack at Costco for $19 USD.0

For me it is any UK chocolate..(the best ever) or here in the US, it would be See's candy. :blushing:0

I like the skinny cow dream clusters, they come in milk or dark chocolate. They take care of my craving for chocolate.
CAREFUL. Skinny cow has laxative effects warnings on their products and is loaded with chemicals.

Is there such a thing as "bad" chocolate??????
YEP. American made milk chocolate is horrible for you. Trust me, my grandparents owned a candy store and I know things.0 -
I agree with Ghiradelli dark with sea salt. Also Lindt Intense Orange dark is delicious too. I also like to go to World Market and get some of their chocolate because they sell it in individually wrapped, single squares. It's good too. I like the Sea Salt dark chocolate and the Champagne and Strawberries dark chocolate.0

I've recently discovered Skinny Cow candy. They are very good but not big enough. LOL0

Ghirardelli dark chocolate squares (they are in a red wrapper)... im a chocolate freak and even though i havent had these in a while i can say that one square will take away the craving without leaving you wanting alot more (usually milk chocolate will turn me into a bottomless pitt)0

I occasionally crave chocolate but want it to be healthy. I make a protein shake with Hershey's baking chocolate and truvia. I can make it with milk, water, protein powder, yogurt, peanut butter or a combo of any of the above. If you use water and truvia it is almost no calories. I usually mix it with something though.0

I enjoy Godiva's 72% Dark Chocolate with Almonds and Foley's Dark Chocolate Chips.0

try these choc mint protein bites
•2 scoop Gaspari Nutrition Myofusion mint chocolate protein powder
•1-2 tbsp chocolate sugar free fat free instant jello pudding
•1/2 cup quick oats
•4 tbsp all natural peanut butter or almond butter
•2-3 packets of sweetener
•1/4 cup water (use water as needed to make dough like consistency)
Mix all ingredients together to make a dough like consistency- Make into golf ball size bites. Refrigerate for about an hour or overnight.
If you do not have mint chocolate protein you may use chocolate protein and add 1-2 drops of mint extract!!0
