    Exercise, then eat. I tend to make better choices that way.

    I do both. I can't exercise on an empty stomach. I eat something light like a piece of fruit and then I have fage yogurt afterwards.

    I like to eat first, wait about an hour an a half, then workout.

    Carmie, I gotta get into some protein shakes. I wouldn't know where to start.
    I have a little bit of food for breakfast (usually not all too hungry when I wake), then after exercising, I have a protein shake... and then later on is when the larger meal comes in.
