    go to store and get fitted when I did I found out I was buying the wriong size for my foot. since new shoes no blisters on my feet and they never hurt even after a 5k.
    some people don't live anyway near some miracle running store which could be edgy the OP is asking for opinions and advice

    I have found as a bigger but that I actually need less cushioning than I thought. The problem I have found is a lot of shoes what they consider heavy is around 13 stone. So for anyone bigger than that you either wear them out very quickly or the cushioning compresses too much making them feel unstable. It can be a bit of trial and error finding what works for you
