When I quit smoking I went from 176 to 230. I lost 15 on my own and then 24 more doing Weight Watchers. I've stayed below 200 since, and I've even gone down to about 160. Right now I'm 182 and I would like to be 140.

that would be 210, when I was pregent with my daughter. Been up and down. But when I saw the scale say 195.. I knew this was not the direction I wanted to head in. So I was reading an article in a magazine and it talked about how great MFP was. So I signed right up and I'm not disappointed.

300 about 20 years ago. I lost 80 pounds on Atkins, gained back 50 over the years, and have been losing and gaining the same 15 pounds over and over again. I believe I've got my mojo back now, though!

252lbs after having my first child. Hated myself for letting it get that high.

The most I saw on the scale: 314

I fluctuated at my highest from 309 to 314... I finally decided I was going to do something about it - joined Weight Watchers, but go to where I couldn't go to the meetings, not that I had a lot of "friends" there - I actually had none. I tried to talk to people, but everyone already had their cliques so I decided to stay to myself. Not really impressed. I am SO happy I found this website, I am successful on this site and I have the friends and encouragement I need and I can give in return!

    430. I had gained steadily up until the time I had my thyroid completely removed, and once it was removed, kept gaining until I was put on the proper brand and amount of thyroid hormone replacement. I didn't start losing until about 2 years after surgery.

I'm now down to 313. GW is 180.
