The most I ever weighed was 230. I topped out at that weight at 9 mos pregnant... Lost the 30 lbs I gained while being pregnant, then regained it all.... Talk about a bummer!!!

235 which was after baby #2, but actually I weighed about that much after baby #1, however I gained some weight prior to getting pregnant again despite losing it all initially.

  • Hello my name is Johnny. MOST I ever weighted was about 242 back in the late 90's. I lost 67 Lbs. Slowly gained several of those pounds back after getting out of the healthy eating mode. I gained back up to 222 and finally, after seeing a pic of myself on Facebook at the 242 weight. Said......."HECK NO"!!! After trying several other things I finally got back on the only program that's ever really worked for me! I've lost a total of 42 Lbs since April 2011 and was able to come off Hypertension and NO High Cholesteral meds! This had been a long, hard struggle for me!
Now trying to get in great physical shape gaining lean muscle!
I'm 48 but feel like I'm in my early 30's again!
If I can do it ANYBODY can!!

<--- this is me on Honeymoon Nov 2010. I didn't own a set of scales until I started on MFP in August 2011 and I knew I had to find out my weight to set my parameters. When I weighed in I was 113.8kg (just under 250½lbs)

    Age 46 (in photo... I'm now 47)
    Height 163cm (5'4")
    SW 113.8kg (250½lbs) Waist 46" trouser/18" or XXXL shirt
    CW 92.4kg (203¼lbs) Waist 40" trouser/17½" or XL shirt
    GW 75kg (165lbs) Waist 34" trouser/16½" or L shirt
    UGW 65kg (143lbs) Waist 32" trouser/16" or L shirt

My serious goal weight is 75kg for age 50 yrs. If I could get down to 70kg (154lbs) or even 65kg (143lbs) I'd be ecstatic, but think that's a pretty BIG ask at my age.

5'6", 220 when pregnant & pre-eclamptic with my 1st son almost 9yrs ago. After I had him, I went down to 185 almost immediately.
Almost 9yrs later, my highest weight was 186.4lbs. SICK of myself, I kicked my butt and lost 23lbs and got down to 164lbs.
I am now 15 and a half weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and weigh 166.4lbs. I don't want to gain more than 15lbs!!!
My goal weight is 125. :)

173 pounds just a few months ago. I kept seeing the scale increase, and I knew it was time to stop it before it got even more out of hand. I will never see 173 on a scale again.

At my heaviest at age 22 I was 272. When I made my lifestyle change I weighed 258. I've lost 93 pounds since 258 and it will be 3 years in May since I made that decision. Never going back there!!

    160.
I know it's not a lot, but being 5'7" and carrying it all in my legs and hips, it was not a pretty sight.
