OK get a load of this!
1 cup frozen fruit explosion (mango, strawberries and peaches) or any frozen or fresh fruit of your choice
1 cup vanilla UNSWEETENED almond milk
    1/2 cup water
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (I use jillian michaels vanilla cream shake)
OPTIONAL: 1 packet travel size ground flaxseed (it adds a nutty flavor but it's great for a vegetarian source of omega 3 oils!)
I just tried this today and I am lovin it. Not only is it yummy, but it's pretty too! Enjoy!

I drink a protein shake every day for breakfast. I use 1 scoop of Jay Robb chocolate protein powder, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbs peanut butter. To that I sometimes add spinach if it's in the house or frozen blueberries. Lately I have been adding 1tbs ground flax. The protein helps keep me full for 3-4 hours.

Add pumpkin, milk or yogurt, ice, pumpkin pie spices and blend for an awesome smoothie.

Or you could try a Green Monster Smoothie: http://greenmonstermovement.com/?cat=3

My favorite smoothy is: 1 banana, 1 small container of soy milk (plain or vanilla), raspberries to taste, 2-3 ice cubes, blend to chop ice up and add a heaping spoonful of greek yogurt (can add maple syrup if need it sweeter).

Is this in subsitition of a meal? If so, i can't do that! I need actual food, otherwise, I'll be hungry in an hour

Yep, my fav 2 are almost just like idauria's and jenng38's. I have one EVERY work morning and sometimes on the weekends.

My base is almost always the same:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or fat-free lactose-free milk
4 oz. plain fat-free greek yogurt
    1 tbsp milled flaxseed
    1 cup spinach
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Then I just switch up my chosen "flavors":
2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
    OR
    1 banana
    OR
1 cup of whatever frozen fruit I want (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc.)

My Fav: (i dont measure sorry :/)
If you want it frozen then slice a banana and put it in a baggie in the freezer and use that.

maybe like 1/3 cup Greek fat free vanilla yoghurt
about 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
    1 banana
    5-6 strawberries
1/4 cup maybe more of old fashion oats

    Blender and serve. Nom nom

    Saving! Thanks for sharing.

I grew up drinking these in the mornings (sorry, never really measure):
    Chocolate banana:
    milk
    1 banana
    1 egg
    chocolate powder
    sugar to taste

    Strawberry:
    milk
    strawberries
    sugar to taste

Add ice to both for smoothie consistency and blend! Sprinkle ground cinnamon once you serve, if you like.

Very simple and yummy and you don't need to buy special ingredients. I actually haven't drank the chocolate/banana in a while, now that I think about it. You can make substitutions of course (the egg, for example). I've started using agave nectar instead of sugar and love the taste.

I drink 1-2 shakes a day. I always replace breakfast with a shake. On the days I workout I use the same shake mix as a protein drink. On days I don't workout I drink my second shake to replace lunch. I have recipes for over 100 different shakes.

My favorite is the Chocolate Almond Delight (approx. 160 calories):
    8 oz. Unsweetened Almond milk
    2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
    5 raw almonds
    ½ tsp. coconut extract
1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder),
3-4 milk cubes. I freeze milk in ice cube tray because I don't really care for the shakes with water.

This morning I had a cranraspberry shake (202 calories):
    8 oz. unsweetened Almond milk
    2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
    4 oz. Cranberry diet juice
    1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1 packet raspberry Neuro
No need for ice because of the frozen strawberries.

My usual is just a frozen fruit shake (165 calories):
8 oz. unsweetened almond milk (40 calories)
2 scoops Vi Shape Shake mix (90 calories)
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened mixed fruit (35 calories)
    Blend and YUMM!!!
