Burn 600 calories, 100 abdominal exercises and 12 glasses of water (96 oz)

i'm with you on this, though we must be mad after the last week lol, i'm chargers friend on here, he posts some great little challenges - and gives you sundays off! - so between the two of you I think I should be able to get the 600 calories burnt.
As for the water I'm doing my best to drink a gallon a day

I'm in. I'm half way to calorie goal now. I'll get on the crunches and water and go for a jog or hike to bring up the calorie count. Thanks for the challenge!!0

Nope, you add cardiovascular with it....any exercise you want0 -
we must both be mad, nothing wrong with that though, gets the numbers down! either on the scales or the tape measure, depending on which one is your friend!0

If you don't have an HRM and use MFP to calculate calories. I would say, do NOT use the full value they give you, use about 2/3rds of it. I never burn as much as MFP calculates0 -

That is funny, because my HRM almost always says I burn MORE than what MFP calculates. I tend to use MFPs for that reason...0 -
I'm in! Super bad last night... Well, maybe not SUPER bad.. it was only one small bottle of wine after all. I do have 2 bottles left. Needed some motivation today and this sounds perfect! Thanks!0

My HRM reads over MFP too but I go with it as I know I have put that extra effort in, when I'm not as enthusiastic it reads lower than MFP so I just stick it, it seems to know my moods lol0
