    worst- wafer thin ham, butter, mayo

    Best- egg whites, fry light, turkey breast (omnomnom), broccolli

    I only have condiments in my fridge right now, I'm a freezer kind of gall. And you can't say anything mean about condiments.

    Worst: Things in the fridge in general I'd have to say the nail polish. But if we're only counting actually edible things I'd have.

    Best: Worcestershire Sauce. It is delicious and can be used on everything. And really it is the most healthy thing I have in there right now. It's a good source of iron.

    Sea salt caramel fudge. I had a piece even though I don't even like fudge. It turns out I actually DO like fudge. I was better off without that knowledge.

    The best thing in there is Kale for making Kale chips.
