worse: full fat cream cheese for baking or butter for baking

organic salted butter (been there for a loooong time and hubby needs fattening up)
Best is proibably all of the lovely fresh fruit and veg, and soneme fat free natural yoghurt which is organic.0 -

Worst: Cake Pops (I made 2 weeks ago but I am not eating them), Mayonnaise, Butter and Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Lots of good stuff, but I made some homemade caramel sauce last night to take with sliced apples to a get together.:) Lots left, hard to resist. Mmmmmm,,, What I think is a little odd, is all of us trying to get healthy, and having junk in the fridge for their kids. The only thing I have special in my fridge for my kids is soy yogurt instead of dairy yogurt, cause my 2 boys have a dairy allergy.0

Bad: home made butternut squash cupcakes with lemon soured cream.
Good: home made chilli and spicy chickpea and lentil soup.0 -
I have some super sharp cheddar cheese and the ingredients for bacon cheeseburgers.
As for the good, pretty much everything else in the fridge is produce, lean meat ,or dairy.0 -
I don't believe in using moral language for food (ie. "good" and "bad"), but the least healthy food we have in our fridge is my sister's swiss cheese. The least healthy thing of MINE that is in our fridge is, I suppose, my tofu?0

Bad: Smoked sausage, diced ham, bagels and cream cheese.
Good: Salad fixings (baby spinach, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, cucumber, carrots, broccoli), boneless skinless chicken breasts, salmon.0 -
Worst (according to fat/cholesterol-phobes): butter, bacon, heavy cream, whole milk, eggs (I'm gonna eat every one of those yolks!)
Worst (according to carb-phobes): sweet potatoes, chocolate bars, white rice (okay, that's not in the fridge)0 -

Most unhealthy? Pointing fingers at the Mayo & Econo sized jug of soy sauce (Cause I just HATE buying the little ones)
