Great (Easy) Websites for Estimating Calories Burned!!

i just found a couple great sites and figured i'd share! you just enter your weight and the length of time you did an exercise (use the best match... there's a super long list at each site) and it gives you a pretty good estimate of the calories YOU burned! i've been having trouble with MFP's exercise database not being as comprehensive as the food database (plus, your calories burned vary based on weight as well as other factors). i plan to use this to get a good idea of where i stand

That's just my take as I have a hard time finding my "zone" with these standard calculators.
Everybody should be experimenting and finding what numbers work best.0 -

The top one looks exactly like the exercise database MFP already has...0
-
The top one calculated the same number of calories that MFP did for the run I had today. The second one calculated the calories burned at almost twice the number of MFP and the first calculator. Great idea, but sort of added confusion. My HRM watch generally matches MFP within 10 calories.0

Yup, these look pretty much like MFP numbers to me... except the second one doesn't have many different running speeds so it wasn't much use for me.0
