Coffee (but I usually only have one cup), my coffee creamer, cheese, wine and beer
All in moderation as I count all of my calories but I refuse to give up any of those.0 -
I'm one of those people with a sugar problem, so probably sweets. I can't live without some kind of sweet fix. I'm just learning to make that sweet fix a bite of chocolate rather than 8 full size candy bars.0

Fast food. I can "give up" sugar no problem because I don't have a sweet tooth at all. Give me a fat savory burger and some fries, a quesadilla slathered in sauce and a taco from taco bell and I'm a happy girl.
I'm not eating those things right now (well, trying to) but I'm not eliminating them completely because...they're tasty, and my home made tacos suck.0 -

Not in my vocabulary ! Anything is doable ... as long as you account for it and keep your numbers in line. When I think about what I would " LOVE " more of ... I just bike an extra hour ! :drinker:0 -
I don't necessarily give up anything cause I have a cheat for whatever I want once a week.
But if someone told me I had to give up something it would definitely be bread and oatmeal. I love toast with my eggs and oatmeal in the morning.0 -

ICECREAM!
I use to ate icecream everyday Since I'm trying to loose just a few kg, I eat it only once a week at the favourite italian icecream shop down the road, hmmmm....
And all sort of cakes my flatmate bakes, they're absolutely amazing! it does mess up my daily kcl goal from time to time, ooops!
have you tried arctic zero??? If you are an ice-cream lover you will love it! 125 calories in a PINT!!! get it at whoelfoods, i'm obsessed!0 -

i'm not giving up anything. This is a journey for me that will last my entire life. I'll reach my goal weight and then the road will change a bit and i'll be a different type of journey - maintenance. So, i'll not give up anything, I'll just choose wisely and use moderation.0
