    Oh God, yes. Burpees make me want to kill myself a little bit. They were created by the devil. Except for the devil also has really great abs and zero percent body fat so he must be onto something.

    Just wonder what exercise do you hate the most. I'd have to say Jump roping and stair climbing?
    Training needs to be enjoyable; find what's satisfying or at least what you could learn to like.
    I just don't do certain exercises that are miserable, and that includes:
    most indoor cardio like the treadmill - "dreadmil" or stationary bike, elliptical, aerobic classes....
    I'd rather be just thrown off a building.

    No, in my program exercise is either fun, or count me OUT!

    I do a lot of different types of cardio like military march, boxing type training,
    dancing, floor rolls, squat thrust intervals and hiking with 70lbs of weight.
    And I jog, swim, play tennis, fast walk and bike.

    These are all effective but FUN!
    Lost over 70lbs and nearly 20% body fat, and it was more play than work.

    That's one of the keys to my success.

    Fast Mountain climbers.. nothing gettings my HRM beeping at me for going above the cardio zone than those.

    Yes burpees!
    Also any exercise which seems kinda dangerous. eg. jumping from one side of a bench to the other, using upper body strength

    I agree!!! Walking isnt so bad because its scenic but if I'm cycling (stationary bike) for longer than 15 mins I do intervals, they at least make it semi interesting.

    am I the only one that happens to love doing burpees??

    Anything arm-related. Pull-ups, weights, anything. I will address the arms eventually, but bigger fish to fry these days.

  • I honestly cannot even be bothered to do burpees.

    And I stopped the 30 DS because I cannot do a push up - modified or not. So push ups.....

    And any exercise done on the exercise ball is hell so I stay away!

    Jumping jacks! The reason why I quit the 30 day shred, it just wasn't made for well endowed women.

    Totally agree. Hate jumping jacks. They hurt the girls.

    I am not a fan of any mountain climber. Fast, slow, standing...ick. But I am getting better at them! :)

    Lunges and running.
    I am really forcing myself to run...joined a learn to run clinic...but honestly, I really am not cut out for long distance running I don't think...haha

    I hate push ups. They make my shoulders hurt like no other.

    Therefore instead of push ups I've started doing a thing called the cobra :) I still feel the burn of push ups without all the pressure in my shoulders

    OMG I agree w/ BURPEES! If there are 10 to do I might get 3 done...trying to think positively about BURPEES is difficult! LOL
