    Cross Trainer or as most may know it as (mind the spelling) Ellipitcal Tranier. If I could run on a treadmill I would but cause of my leg injuries I am unable too.

    I have a love/hate relationship with running. I hate it because how badly it hurts my shins, feet, knees and ankle joints, but I love it because running is something I never thought I could do- and when I do it, it's like slapping my doubts in the face!

    RUNNING!!! I can do any other cardio for over an hour but I cannot run for more than 2 minutes at a time. I despise it!!!!

    Put me down for lunges. I have **** balance and I spend the whole set feeling like I am going to fall over. Sometimes I DO fall over. And I do the damn things with weights, which are not full to land on.

    Seriously, I would trade a 2 minute plank for any number of lunges if it worked that way.
