I'm 5'3'' and was always happiest in the 130's. I'd love to hit 120, but that will come later :P For now my goal is just to see 130something on the scale (I'm exercising like crazy as well as watching my calories so that when I do hit the 130's, I should be toned and athletic - plus all I'll have to do to reach the 120's is up my workout routine). I currently weigh 158.7 (starting weight was 205.3)0

I'm 5'4". I started at 175 pounds and would like to get to 120ish. 120 was my weight when I was most happy with how I looked, that's why I chose that weight.

5'3" and my first goal is 150 but willing to go to 130 after. Not sure if I'd go lower but we'll see once I get there. Haven't seen either in forEVER. LOL Baby steps.0

Hi! I'm 5'4" and I'd like to be a good solid TONED and DEFINED 130 pounds. At this point I'd be happy at 135. When I was your age, however, I was happy at 115. Now I like curves. It's amazing how differently you think as you get older! :happy:0

5'4.5"
My goal is 18-20% body fat0 -
I'm a shade under 5' 4" and my current goal is 140. Considering I was a size 6 at 135, I think that is reasonable but i reserve the right to change my mind as I get closer!0

Im 5'5" 5 yrs ago I weighed 205 and in 6 months lost 60#. Then I started getting toned my lowest was 140 and size 3 and I have been back up to 153 and almost out of a size 5 but in my own mind I always wanted to get to 135. I have to work hard all the time to maintain its not easy. But recently I decided I AM going to get to my goal weight of 135. Im digging this fitness pal when I want to snack it stocps me because I dont want to mess up its like I challenge myself daily. Some what addictive!!0

I'm 5'4", started at 180, currently 150 and a size 10/12. My goal is 140, may go lower than that, but for now that is my goal as then I will be at the upper end of the healthy/normal BMI range. I have no clue the last time I was under 150!0

5' 4" - My goal is 130-135. But I'm more focused on getting toned up than the weight loss.0

Another factor to put into play is your age. Your goal weight should be reflective of your age. As you get older it is more difficult to lose weight and maintain it. I got down to 130 a couple of years back, but that is very hard to maintain and I am 5' 4". From everything I am seeing online the ideal weight for a 5' 4" woman is 115 - 140. My goal weight at this time is 145 and if I go below that then great. I will just be happy not to be in double digit pants anymore. Think about how you look, don't have the number stuck in your head and that making you happy. Think about how tone you are and how you look to you and in your cloths. The more you concentrate on the number the more you will stress out too much.0

Im 125 right now and Id like to be 115-120. Im working on right now getting more toned,0

5'4" and 135 - Right smack in the middle of "healthy" range. I'm betting I'll maintain around 140-145. Depends on how I feel, how little I will have to eat when I get there, and how much exercise it requires. At 145 my weight-loss halts, I get frustrated and start gaining again. Currently, I'm at 189. :ohwell:0
